Various kinds of motion :

Everyone needs motion in his life. Many do human motion. In basic training the theater, we also have to be familiar with a wide range of motion exercises on the exercise of this motion must be considered specifically by a person engaged in the field of theater.
Basically, the motion can be divided into two, that is:
1.      Theatrical Motion
Theatrical motion is a motion that is used in theater, that is movement that was born from a desire to move in accordance with what is required in the script. So theatrical motion created only at the time played a play.
2.      Non-theatrical Motion 
Non-theatrical motion is the motion of our daily life.
Motion used in theater (theatrical movement) there is a wide variety, the outline can be divided into two, that is motion smooth and rough motion.
    • Smooth motion
Smooth motion is a motion on our faces or expression changes, or better known yanq again with expression. This motion arises because of the influence of the / emotions, such as anger, sadness, joy, etc..
    • Coarse motion
Coarse motion is the motion of the whole / part of our body. This motion arises because of the influence both from outside and from within. Coarse motion still can be divided into four sections. that is:

      • Business, small motion is motion that we do without the full awareness of this motion we do spontaneously, without thought (reflex). For example:
        • when we were listening to the music, we unconsciously moving the hands or feet move to the rhythm of the music.
        • when we were studying / reading, mosquito bitten feet. Our hands reflexively going to hit a mosquito bitten legs without losing our concentration on learning.
      • Gestures, movement is movement of what we do. This movement is a movement that we do consciously. Motion that occurs after receiving order from ourselves / our brains to do something, such as writing, took the glass, squat, etc..
        • Movement, is the displacement motion of the body from place to place. This motion is not only limited to running alone, but can also be run, roll rolling, jumping, etc..

Every movement that we do have to have meaning, motive and basic. This should be properly addressed and must be completely believed by a player what the purpose and meaning he did such a movement.

  • Basic Motion Down

Motion exercises are:
  • Exercise Mirror.

  • Motion Exercises and Eye Contact.

  • Exercise Relaxes The Body.

  • Motion Exercises Together.

  • Flowing Motion Exercises.

MOTION AND VOWELS
After we practice on vocal and motion separately, so now we try to combine the vocal and motion. Many forms of exercise that can be done, among others, say a long sentence while running, jumping, squatting, rolling, or can also be the head twirling, twirling the body, and so on.
This exercise is useful for us at the time of filming. The aim is that the vocals and we always harmonious motion, so the motion we are not too much of an effect on the vocals.
